Saba Elkman is a Registered Psychologist.

Saba can be described as a Psychodynamic Psychologist.

Saba creates a safe and warm online space in which clients feel heard and supported to navigate the challenges that arise at various life stages and points of transition.

Saba has completed a Masters of Educational Psychology at The  University of Melbourne. During this time he gained valuable experience working with children and their parents in primary and secondary school settings. Saba obtained his registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). 

Subsequent to his time at The University of Melbourne he has valued the opportunity to work with adults, adolescents, and younger children on a broad range of issues, including parenting, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, school bullying, neurodiversity, and relationship difficulties.

His work is informed by a broad range of evidence-based approaches and perspectives, including attachment theory, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, interpersonal therapy, neurobiological perspectives, and cognitive and behavioural approaches.

Saba is particularly passionate about supporting parents at all stages of their children’s development. He has however, a particular interest in supporting caregivers in the perinatal period and has completed training from the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).

Saba works via Telehealth.
