Is Therapy Worth the Expense?

Good therapy from an experienced Psychologist or Psychotherapist is designed to improve all area of your life including your finances. It is an investment into your own well being, which in turn should mean that all aspects of your life including your career and finances will improve.

Therapy does this in part because it has a stabilising impact on your life. This allows for a freeing of your psyche in a safe and stable holding environment, which in turn provides you with clarity of mind in-between sessions so that you can actively improve each area of your life including your career and management of your income and any investments you may have.

Therapy can at times be an uncomfortable or even painful process, but it is a process in which you are supported by your Psychologist or Psychotherapist. Your Practitioner makes themselves available every week at set-times to focus exclusively on you. In doing so they sit with you in your discomfort and pain until the uncomfortable feelings become feelings that you are comfortable experiencing. You will feel supported to be all that you are. As you become comfortable with the uncomfortable and painful aspects of life you access more of your psyche and develop into a stronger and more confident version of yourself. When this occurs your economic prospects will also strengthen.

Our sliding scale is designed so that anyone can access therapy. We do not discriminate against people with low incomes. As you engage in the therapeutic process your economic circumstances are expected to improve. When they do you will move up the sliding scale, hence supporting others that earn less than you to engage in therapy.

As we grow, it helps others to grow too. And as we grow into better versions of ourselves we gain more richness out of life, including more richness in the literal sense of the word.
